Santa's list

Hello everyone!  I'm taking some time from my lunch hour to post another card I made this past weekend. I used a beautiful digi Santa's list from Marion  you can find this one here for purchase!  It comes with a colored and non colored version as well as with the great sentiment. I'm finding that with the stress of doing everything the colored versions are really helpful!  Especially since it allows me to spend time on the design of the card instead. I used to make this card paper from American Craft - Hollyday.  I used my CM punch for the cutting of the round pieces used in my flowers.  I added buttons and twine from my stash to it.  I used my Scallop circle and my classic circle large for the digi and the sentiment. Frosty face

Goodmorning every one!  Hope you will have a wonderful Tuesday!  I'll be in a meeting all day... so figured before going to work that I could show you a little card that I made this weekend to enter a few challenges! For this card I used a wonderful image from Meljen's Designs called Frosty face. I used some AC cardstock and a bunch of left over paper that I had!  So happy when I use some of my pile of scraps.  I used my Label 11, scallop circle and classic circle large all from Spellbinder.  I added some buttons from American Craft and put some twine through them. Digi Makeover challenge # 64

This week at  Digi Makeover Challenge  it's about Christmas or Holidays!   For my card I used Nole!  I just love all the fabulous monsters from Paper Makeup Stamps. For this card I used paper from October Afternoon - Holiday style.  i used my fancy framed tags 1 and my label 13 from Spellbinder.  I used some brads from Eyelet outlet.  I had purchased some little light bulbs at my local fabric store and used those as a charm as well as some ribbon from my stash. Here's a closer look at the digi that I colored with my copics, isn't  he just sooo cute?!? And here's a look at the double bow that I did with my little light bulb charms. For this I used a sentiment from  Create with TLC  that I thought was perfect with this image. DDC # 39 - Friendship

This week at  Digi Darlas  our challenge is about Friendship!  How easy is that?!?  And we have Beccy's Place as our wonderful sponsor this week. It's a nice change from all the Christmas cards... For this card I used Nobody's Perfect digi from Beccy's Place.  I thought this was just perfect!  Totally associated with this image and thought my friends would as well. For this card I used paper form Lilybee design - Handmade.  I purchased this set at McMahon Design.  I used my Curved rectangle and my Lotus border petite die as well as my standard circle and scalloped circle from Spellbinder.  I used some ribbon and buttons from my stash.  I embossed the background. Tammy's Scrapin Corner - Challenge # 38

This week at  Tammy's Scrapin Corner  our challenge is about letting it snow!  And of course we have some fabulous sponsors for you!!!  and  Of course I couldn't decide... so just had to create with both!!! For my 1st card I'm using the wonderful digi 14514 - Birdhouse from QKR. For this card I used DCWV - Premium cardstock and DCWV - The winter magic stack.  I used my Label 4 and 22 as well as my grand label 4.  I used my memory box snowflake corner and I added some bling as well as some Robin's Nest Dew Drops. Here's my image colored with my copics.  I added some stickles to the snow coming down. And here's the wonderful sentiment that I added from  Create with TLC  it's part of Enjoy the snow set . For my 2nd card I used Little Penguin winter -winter bench from Bugaboo!!! OSAAT - Challenge #141

This week at  One stitch at a time challenge  our challenge is about using fabric, ribbon or lace!  And our wonderful sponsor is   So for my card I used a wonderful image from Kassal Design called Françoise Frog.  I really love the non traditional Christmas feel it gave to this card even if I went with traditional Christmas colors. For this card I used paper from October Afternoon - Holiday Style.  and I also used North country collection Prima.  I used my Lacey square from Spellbinder as well as Cherry Lynn Design Holly Flourish. I used my copics to color this image and I used some stickles on the hat to make it shiny! This time at Crafting when we can challenges  it's about Fairytales!  So many possibilities with this one! Our amazing sponsor is none other than Isn't  it just fabulous to color up Saturated Canary digis?!?  Just love them and this time I had the luck of using Ratatouille.  Don't know if you have ever seen that movie?  I used to watch it with my kids and would just have looooove to have someone cook me food like that... lol I thought this would make a fabulous image for a Christmas card and I had just the perfect sentiment for it!!!!  Forr this card I used paper from October Afternoon - Holiday style and some cardstock by AC.  I used my Curved rectangle, standard circles small and my Fleur de lis motifs dies all by Spellbinder. Gingerloft - Leaves

This week over at  Gingerloft Challenge  it's about Leaves! For this card I used the wonderful digi Leaf Collage. The paper is from Bobunny - Apple cider.  I used some ribbon from my stash.  I also used some leaves from Recollections purchased at Michael's.  The die is Label 2 by Spellbinder.   For the digi I only sprayed with some Tattered Angel spray... unfortunately I lost the paper with all the stuff that I used so can't tell you which color I had used...  The wonderful sentiment comes from  Create with TLC  I also sprayed it with Tattered Angel inks. Dutch Dare challenge # 192

This week at  Dutch dare challenge  our challenge is about fancy folds :D  And our wonderful sponsor is For this challenge I got to use the wonderful digi Hootie Christmas Corals from Crafty sentiments.  It's soooo cute!  And I made a card that I had never done which is a Step Center card.... it was much more complicated then I had expected.... I also tried to do a different type of embellishment that I learned by going on my DT friend's blog Desire Fourie you can find her awesome tutorial here .  I'm pretty happy with how my card turned out... it's not as gorgeous as Desire... but for me it was a good attempt! So to make this card I used Little yellow bicycle paper and DCWV cardstock.  I used my Large deckled rectangle and curved rectangle from Spellbinder. I used my CM punch to cut out the circles for the flowers.  I added some floss and buttons from my stash. The image was colored using my copics and I added some stickles for the added sparkle. Here

Jen's Digi Stamp - Bella on mushroom

Hello everybody!  It's my turn to give you some inspiration with a wonderful digi from  Jen's digi . For my card I'm using the wonderful digi called Bella on mushroom that you can purchase here .  She's so very cute and was a pleasure to color with my copics. I also was really happy to be out of Christmas cards and Fall cards with something bright!  Needed the change I think. I have used paper from Lilybee design - Handmade that I purchased at McMahon 5 design it was on sale!  The perfect price!!!  I used my long classic rectangle, Crown ovals, scallop oval and classic oval dies all from Spellbinder and a label... that I forgot to note for the paper under the sentiment... can you tell I really really love my dies?!?  I used some Robin's nest dew drops as well as some pearls that I purchased at the dollar store. Meljen's challenge

oh yeah... I know... I'm addicted.... I just had to play again at Meljen's Design challenge ... So I just had to play along with their Brown and orange challenge.. Do you think there's a cure to wanting to craft too much?!?  I have an excuse... I needed a card for my Step father's b-day... so this is just perfect! So here's my card For this card I used some paper from Le p'tit block as well as some left over scraps so can't tell you what they are... sorry... I used my classic square small and large as well as my label 14 from Spellbinder.  I used some Robin's nest dew drops and used my Tim Holtz distresser all around.  It's really therapeutic!!!!  Can use this to relieve some stress! I colored the beautiful digi with my copics and added some vintage photo distress ink all around. And I added a great sentiment from  Create with TLC , just perfect for a birthday To make this card I followed this sketch that I've used 2 other times
