Cupid turtle colored

Hello everyone!  I have participated in a Valentine's exchange with a group of wonderful ladies and since a lot of my cards have been received I figured I can finally show you ;) Since I needed to make 6 cards.... I decided to use a fabulous precolored image from Doodle pantry.  It was part of the free image pack that I received from participating in the last challenge (how awesome is that?!?)  I used the png version and put the turtle directly on some of the paper that came with it. This was a super easy little card to make (well all 6 of them... so yes it needed to be relatively easy).  I used a scallop circle and classic circle from Spellbinder to cut.  I used some ribbon from my stash. Here's a closer look at the fabulous pre-colored turtle I was really happy with how it turned out ;) I'm entering this card in the following challenges: Doodle pantry blog  - use a doodle pantry image Tuesday alchemy  - Anything goes So that's one post.... Hello Everyone!!!  This is really a time of celebrations ;)  When Paulette from  Create with TLC  saw my post about my reaching 200 followers, being the awesome lady that she is, she e-mailed me asking me if I would like to give my followers a freebie ;))))  Of course I said yes!!!  And me just loving her images I just had to create a card to showcase it lol Here's my card.  And of course... I tried out different techniques for it lol so took me lot longer than originally intended... oh well it was fun.  I made my own ribbon using a double fold bias that I scrunched up and died with some Tattered angel glimmer mist apple.  I also tried a crackled technique that requires heat embossing that I saw here . For this card I used paper from Walnut grove pebbles.  I used my long classic rectangle and my nesting oval to cut the sentiment.  I added some Robin's nest dew drops.  I added a heart button and twine from my stash.  And of course my newly made ribbon.
